Fancy French Toast with Orange Sauce

8 slices day old bread
2 eggs
C. orange juice
tsp. salt
1 C. corn flakes

Remove crusts from bread. Combine eggs, orange juice and salt. Beat. Crush cornflakes and put in a pan. Dip bread in egg mixture then in corn flakes, and onto hot, greased griddle. Brown. Serve with butter and orange sauce. Serves 4.

Orange Sauce

½ C. sugar
¼ C. frozen OJ concentrate
¼ C. butter
¼ C. milk or water

Combine ingredients. Heat mixture over medium heat.
