Buggie's Birthday Frosting

Enough for 13 x 9" cake

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup cream

Melt together over medium low heat, stirring. When all is melted, bring to boil, cover and boil one minute. Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature. Beat on high to spreadable consistency, about 3-4 minutes. (If it doesn't thicken, you can add 1/4 to ½ cup powered sugar). Spread on cooled cake.
