1 1/2 to 2 pounds beef steaks, cubed
1/4 cup onions
1 10 3/4 ounce can beef flavored bouillon
4 ounces fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup catsup
1/3 cup white cooking wine
1 cup sour cream
Cut up beef into large cubes. Use high quality steaks. Coat with flour
and salt. Brown beef in butter. Add onion, beef bouillon and mushrooms.
[Take off heat and add extra flour if needed.] Sprinkle in garlic salt.
Add Worcestershire sauce, catsup and wine. Simmer for 40 minutes. Just
before serving add and mix sour cream.
