Buster Bar Dessert

1 package 15 oz. Oreos
1 stick margarine
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 10 3/4 ounce can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanuts

Crush oreos and mix with melted margarine. Press into 9" x 13" cake pan. Freeze for 1 hour. Take 1/2 gallon ice cream slightly softened and put over cookie layer and freeze. Mix milk, butter, sugar and chocolate chips and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm. Spread 1/2 cup peanuts over ice cream. Spread chocolate mixture over and freeze.
