Seasoned Herb Salt

1 C. coarse salt (Kosher salt is best)
1 tsp dried thyme
1½ tsp. dried oregano
1½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. dill weed

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir to blend well. Pour into storage container and cover tightly. Store in a cool place. This can be easily multiplied and made in large quantities. Makes a god gift in a pretty jar. Yield: 1½ cups.
