Bourbon
Hot Dogs
These yummy hot dogs have been a party favorite in our extended family
for many years. This is a simple appetizer that can be quickly made
and ready for the mob.
1 pound hot dogs, cut up
3/4 cup bourbon whiskey
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped onions
Stir and simmer for 1 hour. [Can use less bourbon particularly if scaling
this recipe upwards.]
