Jeannette is an exceptional cook and host. She cooks and
entertains with flair. It is always a delight to visit John and Jeannette.
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3 green onions, cut up
4 hot red chilies
1 1/2 pounds steak, cubed
Mix ingredients together as meat marinade and marinate meat for 1/2
hour. Oil frying pan and cook meat until done.
