Vegetable with Spinach Dip
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 to 10 ounces of sour cream
1 4 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
8 to 10 ounces of real mayonnaise (same amount as sour cream)
1 package Knorr Swiss dry vegetable soup
Combine all ingredients and chill before serving. Make the
night before if at all possibly. The flavor will then blend
beautifully.
Serve in hollowed out sour-dough light rye, round unsliced loaf.
