1 2-4 pound boneless
pork loin roast
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Grill over indirect coals. Mix chili sauce, vinegar and dry
mustard as basting sauce. Grill roast for 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours
brushing frequently with basting sauce, until meat
thermometer reads 155 to 160°. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Slice to serve.
