Cayia's Easter Omelet
ham
16 eggs
32 tablespoons milk
salt
pepper
Fry ham lightly in large cast iron pan. Beat eggs (2 per person). Add
2 tablespoons milk per egg plus salt and pepper.; mix very well. Pour
liquid mixture over ham into cast iron pan. Place in preheated oven
at 350° until puffed up about 12 to 15 minutes. Cut into wedges
and serve.
