Cracker Jacks

1/2 cup Karo dark corn syrup
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup butter, melted ( no substitution)
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon soda
2 packages Old Dutch corn curls
1 can roasted salted Spanish peanuts

Place nuts and corn in two 9" x 13" cake pans. Cook syrup, brown sugar and butter very slowly. Boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes pour over the curls and nuts and mix to cover. Place in 250° oven and remove every 15 minutes and stir for a total of 1 hour. Remove cracker Jacks to wax paper and cool.
