This delicious "down home" stew is great for serve yourself
settings like football game get- togethers.
2 pounds beef
1 1/2 cups tomatoes
5 carrots, chopped
2 medium onion, quartered
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 fl. ounces canned mushrooms, with juice
3 tablespoons tapioca
3 potatoes, quartered
Combine all ingredients and cook in tightly covered crock- pot or stock-pot
for 6 to eight hours at 250°.
