This meat loaf is especially cook with some ground pork in the mixture
and the sauce on top and in mixed in the loaf.
2 pounds ground beef, substitute up to 1/2 lb ground pork
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients
adding milk as necessary for moisture.
Include Worcestershire sauce and catsup if desired in mixture. Spread
mixed catsup and Worcestershire sauce over top while it is cooking and
add dots of butter if desired. Bake for 1 3/4 hours.
