Meat Loaf with Tomato Soup

1 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/3 cup onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 dashes pepper

Mix thoroughly 1/2 can of soup with all ingredients. Shape
firmly and place in pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with remaining soup. Bake for 15 more minutes.
