Wild Rice Casserole With Pork Chops

1 cup uncooked rice, soaked overnight
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 10 oz. can mushrooms

Brown 6 pork chops and place on top of above mixture. Pour on 1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1 cup milk. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
