Broiled Salmon Steaks

1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons green onions, or shallots chopped
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 teaspoon chervil, mixed and crumbled with tarragon
4 ounces butter
4 salmon steaks
Spice Island lemon pepper marinade

Combine all ingredients except fish and butter. Beat until
uniform. Coat each side of the steaks or fillets with the sauce. Lay steaks on grill using indirect coals and an aluminum tray to catch drippings. Pour the remainder of the dressing over the steaks. Cook 7 to 8 minutes on each side basting frequently with butter. {Less time if using fillets.} Retrieve aluminum tray of hot basted liquor and butter and pour over steaks.
