Beef Maison

These mixed herbs are an excellent Garni with meat, stews and soups. Mix a tablespoon of each and store the Garni in a tight container.

1 tablespoon MIXED HERB GARNI
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Sliver garlic clove and insert into beef or sprinkle garlic chips over roast. Pour lemon juice over roast and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of mixed herb mixture. Broil roast for 12 minutes then wrap tightly in foil or cooking bag and bake at 400° until rare, Let stand 10 minutes and carve.
