Pork Chops Charcutiere

4 pork chops, 1" thick
fat
onions
CHARCUTIERE SAUCE

Saute chops until brown on both sides. Pat onions around chops. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove chops and keep warm. Add Charcutiere sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour over chops and serve. The sauce is great with mashed potatoes.
