Orange and Ginger Glazed Pork Roast

1 3 1/2 -4 pound boneless pork loin roast
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper, fresh ground
PORK DRY MARINADE RUB
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Rub the oil over the pork. and coat evenly with dry marinade. Let stand for at least 1 hour and refrigerate for several hours. Meanwhile in a separate bowl stir together the marmalade, mustard, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Prepare grill with indirect coals. Cook for 45 minutes and turn roast. Cook for 40-50 minutes longer, brushing with the marmalade mixture every 10 minutes and turning once or twice. Cook to 160° Remove from grill and let stand for at least 10 minutes before carving.
