Fried Chicken

We prefer frying chicken in peanut oil because of its higher smoking point.

1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup flour
poultry seasoning
Lawry's seasoned salt
pepper
peanut oil
1 chicken, cut up

Blend milk and egg. Combine flour and seasonings in paper bag. Shake chicken in flour. Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture. Shake chicken in flour again. Shallow or deep fry in peanut oil.
