Dusty Potatoes

1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
8 russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 350°. Combine bread crumbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Dip the potatoes in butter; roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in large jellyroll pan. Bake until crisp and brown about 1hour.
