Potatoes Hashed in Cream

4 potatoes, peeled, cooked and finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Use 1 quart baking dish. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, stir in flour and add cream. Cook until bubbly and thick. Add seasonings and onions. Add potatoes. Dot with remaining tablespoon of butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
