Potato Salad

1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup Miracle Whip, cool
2 1/2 pounds potatoes
2 to 3 eggs, hard boiled
onion, chopped
celery, minced

Cook vinegar, water, sugar, cornstarch and salt. When thick add slightly beaten eggs. Cool and add miracle whip, hard boiled eggs, celery, onion and 2 1/2 lbs. peeled and cooked potatoes.
