Another variation of brown sauce most commonly used with pork chops
and roasts. Use about 1 1/2 cups of Brown Sauce.
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Brown onions in butter, add wine vinegar , brown sauce and dry mustard
and simmer for 5 minutes. Substitute a can of beef gravy for brown sauce
if you wish .
