Ham Glaze

brown sugar
dry mustard
flour
Worcestershire sauce
cider vinegar
ground cloves
cinnamon
Old Hickory Smoked Salt, Ham only
whole cloves, Ham only

Make diamond shaped cuts in ham fat and place cloves in Ham. Sprinkle a modest amount of Hickory Salt on Ham and grill over indirect coals or bake in oven at 325°. Make glaze by mixing together ingredients into a medium syrupy mixture that can be brushed on Ham. use more clove and mustard than cinnamon.

Glaze Ham the last 30 to 45 minutes. Sliced onion on top of Ham is nice. Put foil on bottom of grill if grilling.
