Prepared Horseradish

1 cup horseradish root, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup light cream
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In blender blend all ingredients till finely grated. In small
saucepan heat mixture until warmed through but do not boil. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
