Active Chapter Update!!
The Actives have been approached by the school, WITH THE FULL ENDORSE-MENT OF CHANCELLOR MARTIN, to be the Official Valet Parking Service for all UMD Functions. The task is huge and they will have to hire other students to facilitate. Tom Kreuser is in the process of developing a business plan with the school, that would be in place after he graduates, and he would greatly appreciate any input from Alumni with Business planning Skills.

Fall Meeting for the Alumni Association
Sat. Nov. 15th. 2008
Meeting time will be 10:30 a.m., Kirby Rafters. It is located across from the
Ballroom (where Rush is held), down the hall from the Dinning Center(DC)

Main topics will be the recent $50,000 gift to UMD and how this will effect Scholarships and the upcoming 50th Reunion scheduled for Sept. 2009.

UMD MENS HOCKEY VS WISCONSIN

The Active Chapter bought the Alumni 15 tickets for the Badger/Bulldog Hockey game that evening. Cost is $25.00 per ticket, and we currently have 9 Alumni who are committed.
