RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required with each participant's reservation.
Payments should be made according to the following schedule, unless alternate
arrangements have been made.

You may make payments by check or money order. We also accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and American Express for your convenience. Returned checks will
be assessed a $25 fee.
Please make checks payable to Leaning on Location.
Please note: In order to confirm theatre tickets, guarentee air
and hotel space, and to maintain the lowest possible costs, payments must
be received by the above dates. Failure to meet these due dates may result
in the loss of your air, hotel, and theatre reservations,

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations and request for refund must be made in writing.
The postmark of your notice of cancellation will be considered the date
of cancellation. Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:
60 Days Prior to Departure
A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $150 and the cost of any airline
or theatre tickets purchased on your behalf.
30 to 60 Days Prior to Departure
A full refund, less a cancellation fee of airfare or theatre tickets purchased
on your behalf, and any penalties assessed by hotels, tour companies,
and/or other suppliers.
Less Than 30 Days
No refund.
THEATRE TICKETS
Leaning on Location will acquire the theatre tickets outlined as your
payments are received. However, Learning on Location cannot guarantee
these tickets if the above payment schedule is not met. Once obtained,
all theatre tickets are non-refundable
INSURANCE
Accident and health insurance is included with the program. Cancellation
insurance is available for $32 for up to $1000 of insurance and $58 for
up to $2000. Please check with your advisor for further information.
BAGGAGE
Participants are allowed one suitcase and one piece of carry-on luggage
that can be slowed under the plane seat or in the overhead rack. and for
which they will be resonsible. A fee will be charged for any extra baggage.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
Learning on Location is responsible to the participants for supplying
the services and accommodations outlined in this brochure. However, as
to all services furnished, in the absence of their negligence, Learning
on Location and co-operating organizations expressly disclaim all responsibility
or liability for loss, damage or injury to property or persons due to
any cause whatsoever. Learning on Location reserves the right to change
any part of the itinerary without notice and for any reson; but in the
event of a substantial reduction
This program is based on a minimum participation of 20 participants. Should
the group size fall below that level, tour cost may increase slightly.
