Stage Management
     
1. APPROACH
    One - page statement of the stage manager's production management approach separate from the prompt book, etc.
2. APPROACH - Visual materials which serve to show:
    Effective collaboration with production staff
    Effective management of rehearsal and performance process
    Team building and personnel management
    Effective use of resources
    Preparation and effective use of schedules, shift plots and running sheets
    Working with the director, actors, and designers
    Script notation and calling the show
     
3. IMPLEMENTATION - Visual materials should include:
    Prompt book/sample script with cues and blocking, etc........
    All schedules, lists, plots and running sheets used for one show
    Computer applications
    Any other materials you use to accomplish your job........
     
4. DOCUMENTATION
    Include playbill or program for the show.
    Representative production photos (at least two), if possible.
     
5. Label all materials with:
    Stage Manager's Name & Title of Production
    Stage Manager's return address and Institution should be on the back of each item.
     
6. Bring these materials to the design exhibit space in person prior to the scheduled time for display.
  All Stage Management materials must fit either on a 2' x 4' panel or 1/4 of a conventional banquet table.
