Theatre Graphics
     
1. APPROACH
    One - page statement of the production design concept/approach.
2. PROCESS - On panels no larger than 24 inches by 48 inches.
    Visual materials which serve to show research.
    Preliminary sketches.
    Photographic images, and
    Any other sources of inspiration demonstrating the designers' process and evolution.
     
3. IMPLEMENTATION
    Program covers, artwork designed for newspaper and magazine advertising purposes, art work on T-shirts and on show flyers and billboards....
    Materials should be presented in an effective and professional manner for best visibility.
    Any photographs of the T-shirt or the T-shirt itself can be accepted.
    Photographs of larger billboards can be presented or a painter's elevation of the billboard would be appropriate...
     
4. PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
    Representative color photographs and/or slides (at least two) of the production.
     
5. Label all design materials with:
    Designer's Name, Title of Production, Act and Scene,
    Designer's return address and Institution should be on the back of each item.
    The presentation's focus should not be on the matting of materials and/or extraneous display items.
     
6. Bring these materials to the design exhibit space in person prior to the scheduled time for display.
