| Race & Ethnicity on the E-Server | Is Race for Real? |
This course meets the requirement of an inequality course for sociology or criminology majors; it will also serve as an elective in sociology. It is open to students in other majors who have successfully completed at least 60 semester credits. We will be concentrating on race and ethnic relations in the United States, from both an historical and a theoretical perspective, and in the last third of the course, we will particularly concentrate on the process of change.
