Yes!!

So it's apparently been a good past few days. I applied for two jobs at the university this weekend. They might not pay as much as I had hoped, but enough and it's a good starting point. I think I'm fairly likely to get one of them. I also had a test in my Differential Equations class last Friday. I was quite happy this morning to find out that I got 85 on it. I was even more happy when I found out that apparently the rest of the class did so horribly that there's a 10 point curve, so I really got an A. I was the fourth highest score in the class. Now I just need to do as well on my finals.

Winding down, or up...?

We have snow now, seems like it will stay. Whether it's a good or bad thing is debatable, but I guess I'm impartial and think it could be both. I had a nice weekend, I started the book, Eragon, and relaxed some. Some friends stopped in on Sunday unexpectedly. It was a good surprise and nice to see them. I also got some quality studying in.

The semester is coming to an end, which means things will be more relaxed, after a few things. I still have one more test and a project before finals. The project should be fun, but I'm a little worried about getting it done, as I have just over a week to do it. I get to make a 3D game (using standard libraries, not my own less complicated version). I'll try to compile it so that you'll be able to download and try it out. Unless we change our minds, my partner and I are planning to make a flight simulator-like game. After that, there's finals to study for...

With the end of the semester, I'm also looking for jobs. I have a couple of opportunities to work for the university, which I would very much like. So we'll see how that turns out, wish me luck!
