The Beginning of a Rough Spot? I Hope Not...
Well, after a really good weekend, it's been a rough week... Work has been getting worse because problems keep coming up and were supposed to be done; my dad's family had some, we'll say complications; our family dog died and I didn't get my job... So hopefully out all this something good comes and I find an even better job (and classes go well, but so far they're not too bad). I think karma owes me at least a little.

I'm still here.
Well, it's been a while so I suppose I should write something. I'll go in reverse order I guess. Tomorrow I'm going to go see Pan's labyrinth with at least one of the guys from work, we'll see if anyone else makes it. It's a Spanish movie and surprisingly will open in Duluth tomorrow, only one week later than when it opened in Minneapolis. It's supposed to be like the best movie of the year, or at least for the people who actually watch foreign movies. Afterwards we're going to walk across the street to Old Chicago for happy hour.
Tonight I'm going to go see Eragon. I haven't finished the book and my friends have been too busy to go, but tonight is the last showing in Duluth so I'm going to go even though I have to go alone.
The start of the semester has been a little rough, but not too bad and I think it will smooth out soon. Work has been a little crazy. We're supposed to have this project done by Tuesday next week, but things keep coming up and it's not going to happen... But it will be okay, it's been established that it's going to take a little longer. The first day of the semester I had a job interview with the university. It went well, I thought, but we'll see. I'm supposed to hear something soon. If that doesn't work out there's a job fair coming up, but it would be nice to have that out of the way.
My break before the semester was nice. I went to Michigan for Christmas and stayed home for about a week after (although I did work some from home). While I was there I went rabbit hunting with my dad and a friend, apparently I need to practice shooting. We played games for New Year's, and then I was back to work.
Well, hopefully things will go smoothly for a while here.
