Laboratory

• You must complete the pre-lab assignments BEFORE you come to lab. Failure to do this will lead to a 10% penalty on your lab report and you will not be able to start the experiment.
• Recall that the prelab assignment includes
  • reading the experiment unit in the Lab Manual,
  • writing the Expt title, date, purpose and all Data Tables in your Lab Notebook and
  • answering the Pre-Lab questions in yoru Lab Notebook
• Tuesday May 22: Expt 2 Separating Components of a Mixture
• Thursday May 24: Expt 3 Chemical Formulas

Exam 1:

• Exam 1 will be on Thursday May 29 from 8:55-9:50 am
• Exam 1 will cover Ch 1-Ch 3
