At least one author of each poster or paper must have registered and paid the registration fee by October 12th in order to have the poster or paper appear in the proceedings.

The registration fee includes: admission to the workshop, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages (Day 1, Day 2 & Day 3), a copy of proceedings and a name badge. The conference dinner is optional, and the additional fee for the dinner is indicated below.

Registration procedure:

1) Register with DIMACS at Rutgers.

2) Pay the registration fee using amounts and PayPal "Pay Now" links below. To pay with a credit card, follow the instructions you see when you click on the PayPal link. To pay with a bank account, you will need to create a PayPal account if you do not already have one.

Registration cannot be confirmed without payment.

All payment amounts are in US dollars.

Students must submit a copy of their student ID card to the EpiRob 2007 organizational chair by fax (1-218-726-8240) after completion of online registration. For student on-site registration and payment, a student ID must be presented.

Payment

Payment is accepted online via PayPay. PayPal accepts payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers.

To cancel registration, a written notification must be sent directly to the EpiRob 2007 organizational chair by fax. (FAX: 1-218-726-8240)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Your registration can be cancelled (with a refund, see below) on or before October 23, 2007 with the further conditions that: 1) at least one author of a paper or poster must remain registered (and paid), and 2) there is a cancellation fee (see following). No refunds will be provided after October 23, 2007.

Refund amount: The amount paid less a cancellation fee of 100$US.
