1. In Chapter 1, Nielsen says there are two possible approaches to Web design: the “artistic ideal of expressing yourself, and the engineering ideal of solving a problem for a customer.” (It’s obvious just from the word choice here which approach he’s advocating.)

4. Of all the rules and opinions specifically about links (titles, labels or anchors for links; where the links go; link color; external links, etc), what does Nielsen say that you found most interesting, surprising or useful?
5. What determines how long a page will take to load? What are some ways to make our pages download more quickly?
