Magnetic Lasso Tool

Open an image you want to remove.	File > Open
Choose Magnetic Lasso	Click on tool bar or shift-L	98
Click to establish a fastening point	Move the mouse without pressing the mouse button, along the edge of the shape you want to select.	98
To close the selection line	Double click anywhere over the shape or click the starting point or press enter/return	98
