- Prepare Form 16, including Position Description, Advertising
Copy, and Selection Criteria
- To Department Head for review and approval
- To Dean's Office (Carolyn Zanko) for review and Source of Funds form
- To Dean for review and approval
- To VCAA Office for review and approval
- VCAA delivers to OEO for review, approval, and assignment of DU number
- After approvals, advertising and other recruiting efforts may begin
- Department or Search Committee reviews applications
- Determine qualified pool
- Recommendation to SBE Search Committee (if faculty position)
- Department Head review and approval
- Assistant to the Dean review and goals and availability numbers
- To Dean for review and approval
- To VCAA Office for review and approval
- VCAA delivers to OEO for review and approval
- After the pool is approved, candidates may be invited for interviews
- Selection of candidate(s)
- FORM 17 - CANDIDATE APPROVAL
- Recommendation to SBE Search Committee (if faculty position)
- Department Head review and approval
- To Dean for review and approval
- To VCAA for review and approval
- VCAA delivers to OEO for review and approval
- After approval, offer to candidate may be made
