Hi my name is H@dj, and this tut will walk you through the steps
from Blender to Yafray,i`m not going to explain all the buttons here,
thats for another day!

As i said, this is for windows and this combination of programs has been tested
on windows 98SE, 2000,and XP,and found this to be the easist way to Yafray.

your going to have to install the following software:
Python 2.2
Blender 2.26
Yafray.04

YableX

T.Baba`s Gui
Bagisas
(try both gui`s)

first off, let,s get the hard part out of the way,after downloading Python and
installing it to your C: drive (ie: C:/python22), we have to set our python path, the
following explainations were taken from a thread @ elysiun.com and you can find it here

windows 98 python path:

copy this line:
(note you may need to type in the path,some pc`s have trouble with this)

PYTHONPATH=C:\PYTHON22;C:\PYTHON22\DLLS;C:\PYTHON22\LIB;C:\PYTHON22\LIB\LIB-TK

then open "note pad" or other text editor and paste in the python path,

to save it,goto: file> save as> then browse to the C: directory and

where it says "save as type" choose, "ALL Files" and browse to the

autobat.exe file , click on it to select and then click save.

and then reboot your computer

windows XP & 2000 python path:

go up to My Computer and Right click it and go to properties.

Click on the Advanced tab, click on Environment Variables button at the bottom.

Below the System Variables box, (the second box), hit New.

In the Variable Name box, type PYTHONPATH

In the Variable Value box, type this exactly:

C:\PYTHON22;C:\PYTHON22\DLLS;C:\PYTHON22\LIB;C:\PYTHON22\LIB\LIB-TK

You can copy and paste that.
(note you may need to type in the path,some pc`s have trouble with this)
Hit OK repeatedly.

Reboot.

Installing Blender:

install blender to any diectory, ("C:" drive or "program files")

(unzip the yable.zip file and drag it to the Blender 2.25 folder)

Installing Yafray:

Create a new folder on your "C:" drive, and name it: yafray,

then unzip yafray windows installer exe. to your new folder,
and run the yafray .exe file.

As long as were making folders, we need one for yable.

a place to save all the files that we will be creating .

so, again in your C: directory, create another folder and name it: yable
now,unzip the archive.zip into your new yable folder

Installing Yafray Gui:

install Yafray Gui to any diectory, (mine`s in the same folder as "yafray")
then,create a shortcut ,and place it on your destop
