Student Means to Attain These Objectives:
1. Attendance is required to all scheduled classes. One excused absence is allowed per semester with prior notice to instructor. Each unexcused absence will result in a 2% reduction of final grade percentage. Active participation is encouraged in classroom discussions, group task functions and electronic discussions utilizing the System Wide Alias, and Moodle™. There will be a broad range of technology skills; therefore your questions are encouraged. Discussion regarding the implementation of current and emerging technology is encouraged from all students at each and every session.
2. Completion of all assignments, projects, presentations and assessments is required.
3. Assignments are due at the beginning of class on the specified dates. Late assignments will be accepted within 2 days of due date (the Friday following class) but will automatically be reduced 25% in grading. These assignments must be submitted to the education office, date stamped by secretary, and requested to be placed in my mailbox (office closes at 4:30pm). Any late electronic assignment must also be submitted to me by 4:30pm the following Friday of date due.
