Course Description:

The study of theories, principles, and concepts that increase the capability of a person in performing a motor or sport skill from the developmental perspective. The student will be involved in lectures and laboratory experiences in motor learning, control, and development. The course is required for the undergraduate student majoring in exercise science or physical education.

ESAT 3200 Motor Learning and Development is offered in fall and spring Semesters.

Prerequisite

  1. The student has successfully completed the pre-major courses in the exercise science, athletic training, or physical education major.
  2. The student has been accepted as a major in exercise science, athletic training, or physical education.
