Complexometric Titrations I. Metal complexes, stepwise formation constants, the chelate effect, metal complex distribution diagrams. Titrations with EDTA, metallochromic indicators, the determination of water hardness.

Ch 15, Complexation and Precipitation Titrations. Sections A, B-1. Most of section B deals with precipitation titrations, which we will not cover. Review questions 1, 3, 4, 5. Problem Set 7.
