     The UMD Earth Club is really excited about Earth Fest 2008 to support alternative energy. Our group's collective efforts as well as the efforts of professors on campus along with local Environmental Groups, Artisans, and Businesses like yours make Earth Fest a great celebration as well as a new tradition. Please sign up your group and help celebrate the Earth and environmental thought down at Leif Erickson Park on April 19, 2008.

If you would like to provide a service, in kind donation, or have a booth at the event we can specialize a sponsorship plan for you. Descriptions

• Posters:  Posters will be hung around the Northland area including the UMD campus.  We will use recycled paper and cloth.  Let us know if you would like a poster displayed in your business

• Brochures:  Besides posters, brochures are an effective way to get in the hands of the Duluth community, The University of Minnesota, other colleges, artisans, musicians, and environmental educators along with many others who will be attending this even.  Let us know if you would like brochures available in your business.

• T.Shirts:  T.Shirts will be available on hemp fabric and will display the Earth Day logo on the front and your name or logo on the back.

• Stage:  The stone stage at Leif Erickson constructed in 1965, will serve as our main stage for the event.  You provide your banner and we'll hang it right in front of the action: theatrics, speakers, awards, and plenty of music.
