PERSONAL INFORMATION:

I am married and have two wonderful sons. I play the violin and get involved in chamber music whenever I can. We also have an excellent dog named Gabriel, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel. Here are photos of Gabey with various personal attendants .

I have travelled extensively in Greece and have led study tours there.

I have a blog mostly about my horse activities: click here to visit my blog. I am the extremely happy/lucky owner of two horses:

Horse #1: a well-beloved thoroughbred horse named Montana ("Who's Dancer" on his Jockey Club papers); I enjoy riding dressage, a little jumping, and showing him from time to time. Montana raced for three years on the west coast before retiring sound at the age of four. He is a completely delightful individual. Here are pictures of Montana:

Horse #2: Gentle John, a Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse. John is a clown and a sweetheart. He would like to steal your hat or jacket and return them greatly changed for the worse. Eve and John have camped in Medora ND, in the Black Hills of South Dakota, and in various parts of the northland. John is a perfect trail companion (but hide your hats).
