M: Buenos días, clase.

M: Hoy vamos a repasar los contrarios. (1) Aquí tenemos un juego de Contrarios. (2) Voy a decir un número y avanzar mi hombrecito ese número de espacios. Voy a decir el nombre de la descripción, y ustedes deben escoger y mostrarme la placa con la descripción contraria. (3) Cuando todos tengan la placa apropiada, me van a decir la palabra contraria. (4)

Nota (1): This serves as an evaluation of student learning of descriptive words.

Nota (2): This game is at the back of the book Contrarios. It's like Chutes and Ladders, but for the purposes of this 20 minute lesson, skip the falling back.

Nota (3): The sign can have words only, pictures only, or both words and pictures. The signs have not been prepared.

Nota (4): By not having anyone say anything at first, you can see if students really understand the term you said, and you can tell if everyone understood. They could have different pictures, if you are using pictures, but that might be too much preparation.
