Objectives:
- Students will compare weather in Duluth and different parts of the Spanish-speaking world
- Students will practice use of weather expressions

- Weather from newspapers around the world
- Globe or map
- Calendar

M: Buenos días, clase. Hoy es el [número] de [mes]. ¿Cómo están? E: Muy bien, gracias.
M: Repasemos las expresiones del tiempo....Ahora, vamos a comparar el tiempo en Duluth con el tiempo en diferentes ciudades del mundo de habla española. Vamos a ir llenando este cuadro:

*Notas
- If students have learned graphing, another activity is to bring a week's worth of weather for a specific place, and fill out a graph; for example:
- y axis: different temperatures; x axis: successive days; chart temperature
- If students have not studied clothing, another activity is to associate certain clothing with certain weather: gafas de sol; paraguas; guantes; traje de baño
