Objectives:

• Students will act out a story based on weather*

Materials:

• Anna Milbourne y Sarah Gill, Un día de lluvia
• Objects/Pictures to pass out: nubes, sol, lluvia, algodón, niebla, gotas de agua, pájaros, árboles, charco, caracol, gusanitos, ranas, plantas, arco iris, barro
• Calendar

Script:

M: Buenos días, clase. Hoy es el [número] de [mes]. ¿Cómo están? E: Bien, gracias.

M: Vamos a leer este libro y actuar la historia. (Read through, then pass out objects--enough for every child to participate--and reread. Where birds take refuge in trees, for example, students with picture of birds goes to stand with student with picture of tree.)

M: Bueno, clase, ya termina la clase. Son las 4:00 de la tarde.   Hasta el (lunes).  ¡Hasta luego! E: Adios.
