Topic: Planets

Objectives:
- Students will be able to identify and say: sistema solar, el sol, la luna, Mercurio, Venus, Tierra, Marte, Júpiter, Saturno, Uranio, Neptuno, Plutón
- Students will understand the terms “planetas”, “lunas”, “estrellas”, “anillos", "cerca", "lejos", "pueblo", "noche", "día", "luz", "oscuridad", "montaña", "campo", "casas", "iglesia", "plaza", "cielo", "agujeritos", "puño", "dedo"
- The students will able to say “Está cerca”, “Está lejos”, to describe the planets’ location to the sun.
- The students will be able to say “Es grande”, “Es pequeño”, “Es + color”, to describe the planets’ size and color.
- The students will understand "anillos" and will be able to identify which planets have anillos.
- Students will understand the difference between "rocoso" and "gaseoso"
- Students will be able to identify which planets fall into which category: rocoso (Mercurio, Venus, Tierra, Marte); gaseoso (Júpiter, Saturno, Urano, Neptuno)
- Students will understand a story about the creation of the stars and moon
