Do the following exercises from Patterson and Hennessy, Chapter 8.

The tag in part c can be 3 bits which direct the switches encountered
in the three columns.
For example, if processor 011 sends a message with tag 111, the message will
arrive at processor 010.
Part a is asking for the relationship between input and output numbers on a
switch, depending on its bit of the tag.
Part b is asking about the relationship between numbers across the wiring
between two switch columns.
