Graphic design and media have the power to change perceptions and attitudes that directly affect behaviors. My MFA studies assert that values-based graphic design can convey messages to promote and preserve natural resources and cultural histories.
Through visual interpretation visitors can develop a relationship with the land and its inhabitants and understand how their own lives are enriched by them.
Humanity will then extend our practice of ethics to include all peoples and places--resulting in sustainable living.
